| GDC Khour organizes online Inter-collegiate quiz | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, July 15: An online Inter-collegiate quiz was organized by the Department of History, Govt. Degree College Khour under the vision of Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav, to commemorate 75th anniversary of Indian Independence.
Students from different colleges of UT of Jammu and Kashmir participated in the quiz which was focused on the history of Indian Freedom Struggle. Gehna Singh of GCW Gandhi Nagar, Ravi Kumar from GDC Khour and Shakshi of GDC Akhnoor were among the top scorers. The aim of the quiz was to aware the students regarding the India's Struggle for Independence. The quiz was organized under the supervision of Professor Hans Raj, Principal of the college and Prof. Arun Sharma, HOD History. Principal of the College congratulated the participants for their participation in the event with zeal and enthusiasm and appreciated the team organizing the event. |
