| JWCCL suspends Swarna Kumari over mismanagement of Funds | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, July 20: A Board meeting of Directors of Jammu Women Credit Cooperative Ltd (JWCCL) was held wherein the report of inquiry committee formed vide Resolution no 1 dated 02-02-2021 to look into the allegations of mismanagement and swindling of public money by Swarana Kumari of Marh Branch.
The inquiry committee submitted its report wherein the allegations of mismanagement and swindling of public money were found correct besides Swarana Kumari was never found to be a chosen delegate and hence could not hold the post of either Director or the Vice Chairperson of JWCCL.
The said report was placed before the Board who after threadbare discussion on the report had vide Board Resolution no 2 dated 01-06-2021 come to unanimous decision that since the allegations are grave and prima face established, the Board decided to forward the matter before Crime Branch Jammu for thorough investigation and till then the Board has placed Swarana Kumari under suspension with immediate effect. |
