Fire victim expresses gratitude to DC for providing Rs 50k relief; Arnas caller hails renovation of hospital road

REASI, July 20: District Development Commissioner Reasi, Charandeep Singh, today conducted live interaction with the general public of Reasi as part of "Reasi Beeps- Beat the Pandemic" and listened to scores of grievances on phone to achieve the endeavour of the District Administration to reach out to the common masses to redress their grievances.
The DC attended several calls from various areas of district in one hour session from 11:30AM to 12:30PM and directed the concerned authorities for early redress of the issues. In 6th session of the programme, the public raised a number of issues related to the health services, road connectivity, electricity, water etc. The DC issued on the spot directions to the concerned authorities for immediate redress of the public issues.
Meanwhile, callers from different areas of district thanked DC for resolving their issues. A fire victim Anu Devi from Agharjitto expressed her gratitude for providing her monetary relief of Rs 50k for restoration of her house. Another caller from Arnas, Karan Dev Singh appreciated and thanked DC for starting repair work of hospital Road and said that this will benefit locals. Likewise other beneficiaries also appreciated DC for sending the concerned teams to their areas for resolving their issues. Further, the DC appealed to the public of the Reasi to contribute their bit in containing the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic by following covid appropriate behavior and motivating others to do the same.
