| NGO extends helping hand to family in distress | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Aug 17: An NGO "We The Humans", extend helping hand to a needy family. The team members Prashant Singh Charak and Balkar Singh, today, visited house of Sunita Devi widow of Rakesh Kumar resident of village Sarore Bishnah Jammu to extend help.
As per directions of KYS Manhas Chairman We The Humans, one Usha sewing machine and two extreme weather blankets were handed over to Sunita Devi, who after death of her husband Rakesh Kumar, is at the verge of poverty along with her three school going children. She neither has any source of income nor any savings to meet day today expenses on her own.
KYS Manhas, Retd Principal District & Session Judge, Chairman of NGO made an appeal to the Red Cross Society to extend some financial aid to family of Sunita Devi so that she could feed her children properly and educate them to be respectable citizens of J&K in near future.
KYS Manhas, on behalf of Rajan Vohra Trustee Swasthya Evam Shiksha Charitable Trust Delhi announced financial aid of Rs. 5000/- for meeting educational and other expenses of the elder most child a young girl studying in 12th standard. The amount shall be credited to her account within three four days. |
