Jammu, Sept 5: Several employees’ organizations came under one platform and formed JKUT Employees united front (JKUTEUF). Jammu Kashmir Teachers Association President Bhupinder Singh was unanimously elected as the Chairman of the United Front and an appeal was made to LG to make NYCs, MGNREGA Employees , Home Gaurds, NRHM, Daily wagers and other temporary employees permanent , restore old Pension Scheme and Implement Pay Grade at Par with other UTs. With this Asif Ali Bhatt as President, Kamala Sharma as Senior Vice President, Sohan lal as Vice President, Davinder Singh Singh as General Secretary, Rohit Seth as Chief organizer , Rajinder Sharma and Subhash Sharma as Advisors , Joginder Dingra as Secretary, Kuldeep Chand as Cashier, Surinder Singh as Joint Secretary and Jaswant Singh as Media Secretary. Speaking to reporters, newly elected Chairman of Employees United Front, Bhupinder Singh said that the employees of Jammu and Kashmir are serving in their respective departments with hard work and dedication. In the pandemic time of Covid19 , the employees of all departments without caring for their lives, gave their duty everywhere to save the people of Jammu and Kashmir, where they were deployed and the employees stood shoulder to shoulder with the government and administration and so forth Will also stand, but unfortunately till now many problems of the employees are pending, despite repeated reaching to the government, no solution could be found to the problems of the employees, due to which today the employees organizations of different departments are on one platform came and formed a JK UT Employees united front which would fight only for the four genuine demands of the employees which includes: Equal Pay for Equal Work, Regularization Policy for NYCs, NRHM , MG NREGA Employees, Home Guards, REZ, REK, Daily wagers, casual labourers and other temporary employees, Restoration of old Pension Scheme in the interest of Employees and benefit of pay grade should be given to Employees of JK UT at Par with the employees of other union territories are getting. |
