| Bajrang Dal holds blood donation camp | | |

Jammu, Sept 5: In order to pay tributes to the martyrs of India Rashtriya Bajrang Dal today organised a mega blood donation camp in Sub District Hospital Bhalwal.
The camp was organised by Koushal Sudan President Rashtriya Bajrang Dal Raipur-Domana. The camp was inaugurated by Chief Medical Officer Jammu Dr JP Singh in presence of BMO SDH Bhalwal Sushma Mattoo and SHO Gharota Khiatimaan Khajuria. Around 35 people donated blood during the camp. Dr Sushma Matoo BMO SDH Bhalwal Speaking on the occasion said donating blood is a noble cause and selfless act which helps save lives. “Donating your blood to someone is one of the most positive ways to help someone in need,” she added.
She appealed to the people to donate blood as millions of people need blood transfusions each year, further added that there is no substitute for human blood and it’s like offering someone a chance at life. |
