Early Times Report UDHAMPUR, Sept 15: Sher-i-Kashmir Police Academy Udhampur organized a cultural evening programme in the Auditorium of Police Academy. Trainees among training courses of Probationer DySPs, Prob. Sub-Inspectors and Firemen participated in the cultural programme. This programme was organized on the eve of Passing Out Parade of Fireman and Fireman Drivers scheduled to be held tomorrow at Police Academy. Dr B Sriniwas, Director Fire and Emergency Services, was the Chief Guest on the occasion. Participants were seen jubilant and overwhelmingly participated in the cultural activities of the Police Academy and the spectators also responded in the same tone. Dr SD Singh Jamwal, Director Police Academy Udhampur while speaking on the occasion appreciated the cultural performance by the trainees. He also advised the trainees to undergo their basic training whole heartedly at Police Academy and also wished Firemen/Firemen Drivers bright service career in their professional field. Dr B Sriniwas while speaking on the occasion also appreciated the cultural performance by the trainees. He also advised the firemen to exert full strength in their parade presentation on Passing out parade. He said though he was away from the Firemen team during their training period, but he has regularly enquired about their training and ensured full logistic support required for imparting professional training to them. Dr. Sriniwas also appreciated the role of police academy under the command of Dr SD Singh. SSP Mohan Lal, DD (Indoor/R&D), conveyed vote of thanks at the end and also invited all for Bara Khana. Among others Vijay Kumar Jamwal, SSP, Dy Director (Outdoor), Vinay Kumar, SSP, Dy Director (Administration), Suraj Singh, AD (R&D), KK Sharma AD (Q), Sunmati Gupta, AD (Outdoor), Tahir Hussain AD (Admn)/ Nodal Officer Cultural programme and Ramesh Kataria DySP(S) Pvt Secretary to Director SKPA Udhampur were also present on the occasion. |
