JAMMU, Sept 15: To commemorate the 4th Rashtryan Poshan Maah 2021, NSS UNIT of GDC, Marh organized Online Awareness on "Good Nutrition Practices" under the guidance & supervision of Principal Prof. Aekta Gupta.
Programme started with the words of wisdom from Principal of the college in which she stressed on the importance of healthy nutritional diet for adolescents, women etc. She also discussed the importance of organizing these types of events to spread the awareness among students.
Dr. M L Rana BMO SDH Marh who was special guest in the event also spoke on the importance of nutritional practices among students. Dr. Anjali Saini MO SDH Marh was the resource person for the Online Awareness Programme. She spoke detail in her presentation about the nutrients, their deficiency, diseases & sources which are commonly available in our kitchen. |
