Traffic Police Rural Jammu organizes debate competition on “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav”

VIJAYPUR, Sept 27: Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Traffic Rural Jammu Mohan Lal Kaith organized a Debate Competition on “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” under the aegis of Civic Action Programme (CAP) at VPS Farms Karalian Ramgarh road Vijaypur. About 50 students of three schools i.e Arvind Ghosh Higher Secondary School Vijaypur, Pathseeker International Higher Secondary School Ramgarh and Govt Middle School Dolian Bari Brahamana participated. In the debate competition, Tanveer Kour, student of Class 4th of the Pathseeker International HSS Ramgarh was adjudged as Ist winner, Nidhi Sharma, student of Class-12th of Arvind Ghosh HSS Vijaypur as 2nd winner, whereas Rashmi Kumari, student of 12th Class of Arvind Ghosh HSS Vijaypur was declared as 3rd winner by the judges and other jury members of the debate competition. The winners were awarded with the trophies and the commendation certificates. The other participants and students of the schools were awarded with the gifts and participation certificates. Sarbjeet Singh Johar, Member District Development Council Ramgarh was the chief guest while Sat Salarbi Choudhary was the anchor of the programme. Mohan Lal Kaith, SSP Traffic Rural Jammu while speaking on the occasion lauded the role of concerned Principals, students of respective schools and other speakers, who have played their effective role for making the grand success of the debate competition. The participants were briefed about the different schemes launched by the Govt of India, which also includes Civic Action Programme (CAP) especially in respect of the students for their bright career.
