Principal BHSS Gandhi Nagar accorded warm farewell

JAMMU, Sept 27: A very warm get-together was organized by Jammu Kashmir Teachers Forum (JKTF) in the honour of Shafkat Javed Chib, Principal Govt BHSS Gandhi Nagar who is going to superannuate on 30th of September 2021 with unblemished services in the Department of School Education.
The programme was held at GGHS Gandhi Nagar Jammu. It is the tradition of JKTF to honour the gems of Education Department who have reached the milestone of superannuation after completion of successful services.
The Chairman JKTF, Ganesh Khajuria presented a bouquet, memento and a shawl to Shafkat Javed Chib, the retiring officer, as a token of love and respect.
Khajuria while speaking on the occasion counted the achievements and the dedicated services of Chib in different schools where she has rendered her services for the welfare of the students, schools and the community.
Further Khajuria appealed the retiring officer to continue her services as a social worker for the betterment of society as she is very outspoken and has the caliber to work for the betterment of society.
Retiring officer in her address shared her experiences during vast service of thirty six years and appealed the teaching fraternity to be positive in life and work hard for the welfare of the students and the society.
The proceedings of the function were performed by Bharat Bhushan Sharma, District President JKTF Jammu.
Those who attended the programme included Soorat Singh Toofani, Darshan Shama, JA Agah, Gopal Singh, Raj Singh, Rajinder Gupta, Ravinder Singh, Kuldeep Singh Bandral, Kuldeep Verma, PD Singh and several others.
