JAMMU, Oct 17: Batwal Youth Development Committee (BYDC) at its special meet here today strongly condemned attacks on non-Muslim and Indian Army and prayed to Almighty to grant eternal peace to the departed souls. “To these brave hearts, no price was too high for the safety of their motherland.
