| Kashmiri Pandit leaders call on Relief Commissioner | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 20: Prominent Kashmir Pandit leader M.K.Yogi and President kashmiri Pandit Minority Wing (NC) held a detailed meeting with Worthy Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner migrants J&K along with A. K. Pandita along with Col. Raina, Jalali, Bittoo Ji, Mr M K Bhat, Ashwani Bhat regarding the important issues of Displaced kashmiri Pandits living in exile for last more than thirty years like the issues of PM Package Employees working in valley like their security concerns that emerged out in Kashmir valley after selective and targetted killings of minorities and other non muslims of other states in last few weeks, accommodation for PM package employees living on rent basis out side transit camps in Kashmir , Enhancement of cash assistance from Rupees 13000/ to rupees 25000 per month in view of hike in essentail commodities , Stadium for youth of Jagti townships and also requested for allowing Mata Saraswati Pushtakalya to operate and function with proper terms and conditions at Jagti for sake of students.
Pandita gave the delegation a patient hearing and assured them that all these genuine issues will be taken up with concerned departments at the earliest for their early resolution. yogi expressed quite satisfaction and gratitude to Relief commssioner for giving patient hearing and the positive response shown by him during this meeting
