| Dr Daleep Pandita delivers lecture at SKPA Udhampur | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Oct 27: On the invitation of Sher-I- Kashmir Police Academy, Udampur (SKPA) Dr. Daleep Pandita delivered comprehensive lecture on the role of foreign funding to the Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs) that is used for abating terrorist activities in India with special reference to Jammu and Kashmir, today at Udhampur campus of SKPA.
Dr. Pandita deliberated upon the modus operandi used by such illegal promoters and explained in depth how these unlawful operations are being carried out by misusing financial transitions to about 30 participants comprising officers from the ranks of DySPs to SSPs of Jammu and Kashmir Police, during this three day vertical interaction course on terrorism and counter insurgency going on at SKPA.
Role of banking and financial institutions in checking money laundering that is abating terrorist activities in J&K due to unauthorized financial transitions, was discussed in details in order to evolve comprehensive strategy in dealing counter insurgency in J & K remained the main focus of this lecture of Dr. Pandita. |
