| KVK Leh pledges for integrity, probity | | |  Early Times Report
LEH, Oct 27: Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) Leh, Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Jammu under the guidance and supervision of Prof JP Sharma, Vice Chancellor and Prof DM Makhdoomi, Director Extension started the week long celebrations for the Vigilance Awareness Week going on at the national level. Sharing details about the event, Dr FD Sheikh, Sr. Scientist and Head at KVK Leh told that as a part of the national event going on with effect from October 31 to November 1, the staff of KVK Leh took integrity pledge. He briefed the staff members about the vigilance awareness week and how each one of us can contribute in making the society corruption free and development of the country. He impressed upon all to remain vigilant and alert. Dr Parveen Kumar SMS (Ag. Extension) while administering the oath to the staff of KVK Leh called for maintaining integrity and probity in every aspect and sphere of life and to set highest standards of honesty in our day to day life.
Dr Sabiya Asmat, Dr Vikas Gupta, Dr Kunzang Lamo and Dr HL Verma, Subject Matter Specialists at KVK Leh were also a part of the pledge taking event. The programme organized at Leh office of the university was also attended by Sonam Angchuk, Rigzin Safal, Kunzang Dolma, Dr Stanzin, Bushra Khan and all the supporting staff of KVK Leh.
