| House suffers damages due to solar battery blast | | |

KISHTWAR, Oct 27: A house in the remote Margi village of Warwan in this district suffered damages due to solar inverter battery blast rendering two families house less.
As per the details available with Early Times, the incident took place in the house of Mohammad Akbar Lone Son of Abdul Gani as a result of which the house suffered massive damages. The house caught fire due to blast in 48 volts DC solar battery of Cygnii Company.
As soon as the incident took place, the villagers immediately rush to the spot and launched the rescue operation and after fighting hard manage to prevent the fire from spreading to adjacent homes. The area is presently witnessing harsh winter after the village Margi and its adjoining areas witnessed 2/3 feet of snowfall.
The locals while talking to Early Times demanded immediate relief and help to the two families based on nine souls who were living in the said house since the harsh winter has begin in the area. The people also demanded deputing an expert team to examine the solar light systems installed by the people in the area so as to prevent these types of incidents in future added that several reports of solar battery blast from the area has reported and this latest incident is of grave nature that render two families homes less. |
