10-years on, Homeopathic doctors remain unemployed | Many become overage, others at brink | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 1: Homoeopathic doctors on Monday said that they have been kept out of the system. Addressing a news conference here the doctors said, “For the past 10-years we have been struggling to get a decent a job. Most of us are at the verge of crossing the age bar. In fact many of us have already become overage.” They said, “Despite their system of medicine being the second largest in the country, we are being ignored. No vacancies are being created for us. There are many centrally sponsored schemes through which we can be accommodated. The Health Department needs to pay some attention towards us also.” They urged Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha to intervene and direct the health department to adjust them. |
