JAMMU, Nov 2: Under the banner of FIT INDIA- Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav, NSS unit of GDC Sidhra and Health centre Bain Bajalta, in collaboration with Directorate of Indian Systems of Medicine, organized "National Ayush Awareness camp".
Interacting with the NSS volunteers, Dr.Farhat-Un Nisa, Medical Officer, Health Center Bain Bajalta emphasized on how the situations like COVID-19 has negatively impacted the health and lifestyles of one and all not only physically but also mentally. Further, Dr Mahak Mengi, PTI, GDC Sidhra motivated volunteers to take part in physical activities and make their lifestyle a healthy by remaining physically active in ground for the well being of physical as well as emotional health.
The camp was organized by Dr Mehmood Ahmed, NSS PO of the college, coordinated by Prof Deepa Kak, Dr Satbir Kour, members NSS Unit; Dr Mahak Mengi, PTI of the college and Dr Farhat-Un Nisa, Medical Officer, Health Center Bain Bajalta. |
