Sat reviews progress of developmental works | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Nov 11: Former Minister & ex-MLA Jammu West, Sat Sharma (CA) toured Ward 40 of the Assembly Constituency to take stock of the ongoing development works. He was accompanied by Councillor Neelam Nargotra and several others including local residents and political activists of the area. During his tour, Sat Sharma, inspected the recently started blacktopping works in the ward including Kabir Colony and adjoining areas. He also met with the local residents during his visit and asked them to report any irregularity during the ongoing developmental works. While addressing the people, Sat Sharma said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is committed to the development of the Nation and has opened doors for liberal funding towards the progress of Jammu and Kashmir. He said that under the present regime of PM Modi, no public representative could imagine a moment of rest without completion of the assigned task of achieving the desired progress within a time frame. He also said that the BJP is working for the development of the UT keeping in view the long term benefits of every policy. Neelam Nargotra said that many works are in pipeline which will be taken up in coming days so that best possible infra could be provided to the public at their doorsteps. She also said that with the efforts of former MLA, many major works were taken up in the ward which has changed the overall scenario. Locals also thanked MLA for the improvement in Electricity and Water supply in the area by his concerned efforts. Satyabhushan Dubey, Rajesh Saini, Rahul Nargotra and others were also present. |
