Early Times Report UDHAMPUR, Nov 13: Week long course on "Management of Tactical operations" which commenced at Sher-i-Kashmir Police Academy Udhampur on 08.11.2021, culminated today. 24 police officers from across UT J&K participated in the training programmes. A valediction function was organized in the Academy, where among participants of the courses, senior police officers of the Academy were present. In his valedictory address V.K Jamwal, JKPS, SSP, Dy. Director (Outdoor) SKPA reiterated that Operations management is crucial for organizational success. It involves designing, planning, directing, and controlling all the processes in an efficient way. The course on "Management of Tactical operations" was designed to understand the broad concept of tactical operations vis a vis emotional intelligence, monitoring and supervising tactical operations in rural and urban areas, intelligence Gathering, Digital Forensics, Map Reading, GPS system etc. The valediction session was also attended by Suraj Singh, Dy.SP, AD (Training/ R&D), K.K Sharma, Dy.SP, AD(Outdoor), Tahir Hussain, Dy.SP, AD (Indoor). The course was coordinated by Sunmati Gupta, Dy.SP Asstt. Director (Admn) SKPA, Udhampur (Course Director) & assisted by Chander M. Sharma, Inspr. (Course Secretary). |
