BJP is committed to communal brotherhood: Vikram Randhawa | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Nov 15: Former Member Legislative Council (MLC), Chaudhary Vikram Randhawa today said that Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) is committed to communal brotherhood and he will work to strengthen it in Jammu and Kashmir. The former MLC today visited ailing Panch, Mohammand Hanief, Ward 1, Narwal Panchayat in Gandhi Nagar assembly segment to enquire about his well being. Randhawa said that BJP is committed to strengthen communal brotherhood in Jammu & Kashmir. He said that Jammu & Kashmir is a place where all religions live in peace with each other and the bond of communal brotherhood is stronger than all other states and UTs of the nation. Interacting with a group of people from Gujjar community Randhawa said that all religions are equal and constitutionally enjoys equal rights. He said apart from constitutional rights and freedom the people in Jammu and Kashmir, particularly, in Jammu region live in communal harmony and have stronger ties among them.
