| GDC Ramgarh observes World Peace Day | | | Early Times Report
SAMBA, Nov 17: On the occasion of World Peace Day, GDC Ramgarh organized an essay writing competition on the Nobel Peace Prize winners and a poster making activity on the topic. The idea of celebrating the day is to inculcate the habit of maintaining World Peace. It will encourage being kind to others and teaching others to be peaceful.
Speaking on the occasion, Prof (Dr) Meeru Abrol, Principal, GDC Ramgarh stated that these kind of activities promote Peace and Non Violence not only in students but through them it is passed on in society also.
Students of Semester I and V participated with full zest in the events on this important day. The event was successfully conducted by Bhupinder Kour, Dr Narinder Singh, Dr Ekta Rani and Sahil Sharma. |
