JAMMU, Nov 19: To promote “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat” a friendly cricket match was played between teams of Group Center CRPF Jammu and Kendriya Vidhyalaya, Jammu. Chief Guest Bhupinder Singh, DIGP, Jammu & Kashmir Zone, CRPF, Gazetted Officer, Subordinate Officer and Jawans of Group Center Jammu, teachers and students of Kendriya Vidyalaya Bantalab were present as spectators. The cricket match was very exciting and all the players showed excellent sportsmanship. Singh said that harmony and unity have to be promoted between the people of India by maintaining peace and harmony in the country. He also stressed for maintenance of physical fitness by everyone. The winning team members including the players who performed very well in batting, bowling and performed very well during the match were awarded trophies by the Chief Guest. Group Centre, CRPF, Jammu was the winner. |
