Early Times Report JAMMU, Nov 19: To aware the masses and promote the traditional culture of J&K, Bharatiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan (BLSKS) launched a week long special campaign on Covid-19 in close coordination with Sangam Tru Art Production. On the occasion, BLSKS presented 86th Friday Dogri musical concert "Do Gaj Ki Doori-Mask Hai Zaroori" during quarantine time on the theme of "Covid19-Preventions" at Rehearsal Hall, Durga Bhawan Janipur, Jammu. The programme was inaugurated by the chief guest VK Magotra, former Regional Director, Directorate of Field Publicity, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India. Among the guest of honours present were JK Raina, Free Lancer Producer Director Films, Dr Tara Singh Charak, former Deputy Director, Health Department J&K Government, Dr Anju Kumari Dogra and RP Amla. The specially items prepared on the theme "Do Gaj Ki Doori-Mask Hai Zaroori" included "Sabun Se Hath Dhona Hai Zaroori", "Mask Hai Zaroori", "Savdhan Savdhan", "Nahin Piya Tobacco Balma" besides nukkad, skits, songs and dances were presented to aware the masses. The chief guest, laid stress on the dangers of the Covid-19 virus and its prevention. The singers, musicians, actors and students of Music Institute who participated in the musical concert were MC Kotwal, Rajni Gupta, Sanjeev Kumar Sodhi, KK Joshi, Sudesh Manhas, Tilak Raj, Raju Bajgal and several others. KK Joshi, Vice Chairman presented vote of thanks for successful conduction of the programme.
