| Tax Bar Association's election: Advocate Rakesh Kapahi new president | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Nov 20: The election of Tax Bar Association Jammu for 2021-23 was conducted under the supervision of Election Commissioner Advocate V.K. Grover was accompanied by Advocate Gourav Arora and Advocate Bageshwar Khajuria in the premises of Excise and Taxation Complex.
On 13th November 2021, total nine candidates filed nomination for various posts, out of which four candidates later withdraw their name and the Election Commissioner on 20th November 2021, declared result and all the candidates were uncontested declared as winner in which Advocate Rakesh Kapahi was declared as President, Advocate Vikram Dubey as Senior Vice President, Advocate Renu Verma as Vice President, Advocate Dheeraj Bhasin as General Secretary and Advocate Ishant Gupta as Joint Secretary-cum-Treasurer.
The bar members felicitated the newly elected team of office bearers and hope that they will work for the betterment and upliftment of the Tax Bar Association Jammu and in the better interest of Tax Professionals. |
