| Govt Nursing College observes World AIDS day | | | 
EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Dec 2: World AIDS Day was observed at Govt Nursing College Gandhi Nagar Jammu. It was a wonderful and excellent programme organized by students of B.Sc nursing 1st year and 2nd year of Govt. Nursing College Gandhi Nagar under the guidance of Poonam Paul, Assistant Professor and Nursing faculty of Govt Nursing College of Gandhi Nagar Jammu. The students of nursing college participated in various activities such as Rangoli, Poetry and street play. The programme was inaugurated by Rasheed Khajuria (Assistant Director of Publicity) and Rajesh Sharma (Assistant Director of Youth Affairs).
Students of Govt Nursing College Gandhi Nagar Jammu participated in week long AIDS Awareness campaign started from November 26 to December 1 at Maternity Hospital Gandhi Nagar GMC Jammu, in collaboration with JKACS, to spread awareness regarding the theme of World AIDS Day 2021 “End Inequalities, End AIDS, End Pandemics’ through various modes of communication such as poetry, speeches, posters, rangoli, symposium, and street play. Govt Nursing College Gandhi Nagar Jammu received 1st and 2nd prize in poster making competition at MCH Hospital Gandhi Nagar Jammu. It also bagged 3rd position in Rangoli making competition at Kala Kendra, Bikram Chowk Jammu. |
