| GDC Pouni students participate in wrestling competition | | |

Jammu, Dec 6: Wrestling team of Government Degree College, Pouni, Reasi participated in inter-collegiate wrestling competition held at university of Jammu.
Zaheer Chowdhary of B. A Semester 1st won Bronze medal in 65 Kg weight category. This was the maiden medal for this college under the guidance and supervision of Mr. Suresh Kumar, PTI of the college.
Principal of the college Prof. Rajni Bhagat and staff appreciated and congratulated the efforts of students and the PTI that brought laurels to the Institute. Principal assured that all necessary equipment required for practice of various sports events shall be provided within means in due course of time. |
