| BGSBU organizes essay competition | | |

RAJOURI, Dec 9: As part of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav celebrations, Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU) organized inter-departmental essay competition on “Indian constitution and Fundamental Duties”.
The event was organized by the media cell of the university wherein students of various departments participated. Saleem Talib from Department of Arabic bagged first position while Priya sharma of Department of Mathematics got second position and third position was clinched by Tabarak Ali of Department of Zoology. Prof. Akbar Masood congratulated the winners and other participants of the competition and for their overwhelming interest and keenness in participating in the competition.
Observing that the students are the harbingers of growth and development of the society, the Vice Chancellor stressed the need for providing multiple opportunities to the youth so that they can develop the grit and capacity to successfully shoulder their future responsibilities in regard to tasks of nation building. |
