| Three day NSS activities conclude at Government MAM College | | |

JAMMU, Dec 9: The NSS wing of Government MAM College organized three days cleanliness and beautification drive in the college campus in collaboration with IQAC under the aegis of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav. The main purpose of the programme was to spread awareness among the students regarding cleanliness and its benefits.
The students took the initiative to clean the surrounding of the campus, Dr. G S Rakwal Principal of the college exhorted the students to learn about cleanliness hygiene sanitation and various diseases that are caused due to poor hygienic conditions. He advised students not to litter on the roads and campus and foster a clean environment to nurture it for the future generation. Prof. Shabir Ahmed NSS PO’s supervised the drive and advised the students that cleanliness is the most important for physical wellbeing and a healthy environment and all volunteers of NSS they should disseminate the message of the drive to the public at large. |
