JAMMU, Dec 22: Ashutosh Gangal, General Manager, Northern Railway held a review meeting of the works related to the medical department at Central Hospital, New Delhi today. In this meeting, various medical related matters were discussed with Dr. Sugandha Raha, Principal Chief Medical Director, Dr. Amita Jain, Medical Director Central Hospital, Chief Medical Superintendents of the Divisions, Dr. O.P. Anand Coordinator, and senior doctors of the zone.
The General Manager discussed the problems being faced by the serving and retired railway employees due to the usage of various types of cards and stressed upon the need to simplify the system. The doctors up forward the difficulties being faced by them during working. To which the GM assured them of all help and speedy redressal of issues. He also discussed the preparedness for the anticipated third wave due to the spread of ‘Omicron’ a Covid-19 variant.
