Jammu, Dec 22: GDC Kunjwani conducted an online quiz competition for the students of the college to mark the celebration of the “National Mathematics Day” on the occasion of the birth anniversary of the legendary Mathematician Srinivasan Ramanujan. The Principal of the college, Prof. Hans Raj congratulated the students on this very day and encouraged them to achieve new heights in the field of Mathematics.
The competition was convened by Dr. Rohini Jamwal, H.O.D, Mathematics. Various students participated in the quiz. Akanshita Mahajan and Akhilesh Gupta secured 1st position, whereas 2nd position was shared by Ankush Bhagat and Aman Abrol. The 3rd position went to Sumit Kumar.
Vernika Singh, Ankush Bhagat, Mohd. Razzak were adjudged 1st, 2nd & 3rd, respectively in the online seminar on the life and achievements of Ramanujan. |
