Next Govt will cancel all 39 MOUs signed by present regime: Muzaffar Shah | Asks outside corporate houses to be careful | | Early Times Report
Srinagar, Jan 3: Senior Awami National Conference (ANC) leader, Muzaffar Shah, on Monday said that the MOUs which the present government is signing would be cancelled by the next dispensation. Talking to a news channel, Shah said, “The outside corporate houses that are signing Memorandums of Understanding with the J & K government should be careful as whosoever comes into power next will cancel these 39 MOUs and land allotments.” He said, “No one can take J&K’s land as it’s unconstitutional. People of Leh and Kargil have decided that they won’t give their land to outsiders. People of Jammu and Kashmir regions are also thinking on the same lines.” Shah said, “Nothing has changed in J&K during the past two years as the bureaucrats who are from other places are unaware about the ground situation. Jammu and Kashmir is altogether a different place and outsiders are not aware about how things work here.” |
