| Gandhi preached Hinduism, Godse represent Hindutva: Karan Bhagat | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jan 14: Chairman JKPCC SC Cell Karan Bhagat laid foundation stone of Mata Vaishno Devi Mandir at Village Phinder RS Pura in presence of large number of people of the area.
Addressing the gathering, Karan Bhagat said that Mahatma Gandhi exemplified Hinduism and his assassin Nathu Ram Godse represents Hindutva.
Why did Godse kill Gandhi? Why did Hindutva try to kill Hindu Dharama. They can't understand the ideas to respect of religion. They believe in exclusiveness. Gandhi's Hindu Dharma understands inclusiveness. BJP is trying to divert the attention of public issues like unemployment, price hike and national security breach by China.
It is the first time in the history that BJP government is trying to change the Constitution of India by introducing series of Bills in last 7 years, which is very unfortunate and cannot be appreciated by right thinking people of the country, he added.
