| GDC Surankote celebrates Swastha Balak-Balika Spardha | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
POONCH, Jan 14: Women Development Cell of GDC Surankote today organized a students’ webinar on “Health and Nutrition” to celebrate the Swastha Balak-Balika Spardha week.
The program was organized with the purpose to mobilize the students about the various health and nutrition issues and address the problem of malnutrition.
In his inaugural message to the students, the patron of the College Dr. Jasbir Singh urged them to take balanced diet and avoid malnutrition. A large number of students participated in the webinar. Students including Ayesha Zehra Qurashi B.Sc 5th Sem, Mohd Qasim B.A 5th Sem and Iram Fatima B.A 3rd Sem presented their papers to highlight the essence of health and nutrition in one’s life.
The programme was moderated by Dr. Mussarat Jabeen, Convener Women Development Cell of the college. |
