| Drug Peddler arrested, psychotropic substance recovered by police | | |  Early Times Report
KISHTWAR, Feb 18: “Under the banner of Operation Sanjeevni” Kishtwar Police in its continuous drive against the anti-social elments today one drug paddler apprehended and recovered 13 strips of Psychotropic Substance.
As per the details available with Early Times, a surprise Naka was laid down at Wasserkund Kishtwar by Inspector Abid Bukhari alongwith his team under the sipervission of Dy.SP Hqrs Kishtwar Sh. Satish Kumar JKPS.
While checking of Pedestrian & vehicle Naka Party on noticing the suspicious movement intercepted one person and subsequently asked him to halt. On his personal check banned psychotropic substance 13strips (130 Tab.) recovered from his possession and arrested the accused person.
The accused has been identified as Adil Hussain Bagwan S/o Sajjad Hussain R/o wasserkund Kishtwar.
In this regard case FIR No. 30/2022 under relevant sections of NDPS Act has been registered at PS Kishtwar and Investigation taken up. |
