SRINAGAR, Apr 7: A Special Police Officer (SPO) of Jammu and Kashmir who was injured four days ago in a road accident on the Srinagar-Jammu highway succumbed to his injuries in a hospital here on Thursday, officials said. Shabir Ahmad Bhat, son of Ali Mohammad Bhat, was critically injured after a truck collided with his motorcycle at Nussu Badragund area of Qazigund on April 3.
He was under treatment at the Sher-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
