| FPS Dealers Association delegation calls on Chairperson DDC | | |

UDHAMPUR, May 17: A deputation of Fair Price Shop (FPS) Dealers Association Udhampur led by its President Ajay Kumar Baigra called on Chairperson District Development Council Udhampur Lal Chand in his office Chamber, here today.
President of FPS Dealers Association informed the Chairperson District Development Council Udhampur about the pending liability claims of the FPS dealers. He further elaborated that FPS Dealers have not been paid the carriage charges/commission of ration distributed under PMGKAY during 2020-21 as well as the central share of the last two years. He requested Chairperson DDC to issue necessary directions to the concerned to clear the pending liability of the FPS dealers.
After listening to the demands of the deputation, the Chairperson DDC Udhampur sought the latest status of clearance of pending liabilities of FPS dealers from Assistant Director, FCS&CA. Assistant Director, FCS&CA Udhampur informed the Chairperson that the department has taken up the matter of clearance of pending liability with higher authorities & the pendency will be cleared at an earliest. |
