Jammu, May 30: To bring the inner peace, The Art of Living conducted Happiness Course at kathua, Jammu Jnk Last Week which ran for 6 days The Art of Living founder Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s unique Sudarshan Kriya was taught in the workshop conducted by AOL kathua Chapter in which devotees across the district participated. A very dedicated team of the Art of Living teachers Mr. Bhagwati Parsad, Dr Nittin Sharma, Shailja Jasrotia took all the sessions and a dedicated team of volunteers assisted in successful completion of the programme. Apart from the powerful breathing techniques— Yoga, Pranayama and meditation, the program also had interactive wisdom sessions that provided practical life tools to handle any difficult or stressful situation in life. People from different walks of life participated and experienced a tremendous relief from ailments, emotional imbalance and physical fitness issues. Art of Living teachers Bhagwati Parsad informed that the six days course was conducted to give insight to the life skills necessary for the well-being of human kind. He said that the unique breathing technique taught during the workshop eliminates stress, fatigue and negative emotions such as anger, frustration and depression, leaving one calm yet energized, focused yet relaxed with resultants of reduced heart rate and blood pressure.
