| Jammu author conferred Rabindranath Tagore memorial literary honour 2022 | | |

JAMMU, June 11: Gurjeet Kour Ghuman a poetess, an author and social activist from Jammu has been conferred with Rabindranath Tagore Memorial Literary Honour 2022 by Motivational Strips jointly with Department of Culture, Seychelles Government literary journal SIPAY. The honour was conferred to her as a part of literary programme approved by Chairman of Gujarat Sahitya Academy, Padam Shree Dr. Vishnu Pandya and Shiju H Pallithazheth founder Motivational strips after extensive evaluation.
Besides being author of two poetry books 'Elysian Petals' and 'Deep Notion' her poetry has featured in number of National and International anthologies of poetry and she has been honored with various International and National awards in the field of English poetry. Apart from literary contribution Ms. Gurjeet has been heading Non-Profit Organization 'THE - SARA' and as an social activist she has been contributing on various humanitarian issues. |
