| Anirudh brings laurals to Jammu and Kashmir | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, June 13: Anirudh Verma of J&K UT from Ultimax Fight Club won Gold Medal in High Kick Final event of Kalaripayattu Sport by crossing the 9 feet high target and brought laurels to Jammu and Kashmir in the Khelo India Youth Games (KIYG) at Panchkula, Haryana.Tarun Gupta & Dua Mukhtar also excelled in the said event and marked their name in Top 5 tally list.
Rishika Sharma , Nitin kumar, Qubra Khan, Zayin Dobriyal, Tanzeela Nazir, Aradhna, Palak Sharma also gave their best and made us proud.
The J&K Kalaripayattu team is led by Danish Sharma as coach and Tarsem Sharma as manager.
The whole J&K Kalaripayattu Fraternity is proud of them and it's a big achievement for J&K.
Ashok Singh - Nodel Officer of J&K as well as Divisional Sports Officer Jammu congratulated Kalaripayattu Association of J&K for the achievement and said that our UT Kalaripayattu representatives are performing well in Khelo India Youth Games, making us proud and he also assured maximum support to the association to raise their medals for J&K in upcoming Kalaripayattu events. |
