6/20/2022 11:15:49 PM
Early Times Report
JAMMU, June 20: Dozens of aspirants of Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection board today held a massive protest at Press Club Jammu. The aspirants alleged that it seems that inquiry committee constituted by the government is not taking the appropriate steps.
One of the aspirants while addressing the media said that as per media reports it is multi-crore scam involving some government officials also. He said that the scam is believed to be done by a interstate racket hence needs to be handed over to CBI so that all those involved in this multi-crore scam should be booked.
Another aspirant claimed that the third party involved by JKSSB for the paper setting and conducting should also be investigated as there are reports that something fishy has been done with the tendering process. He said that every suspect should be thoroughly investigated their call records, locations, whatsapp calls and details should be checked.
Aspirants further said that the investigation committee till now has not given any access for the aspirants so that they can submit the relevant data and evidence which can help in the investigation. They said that it seems that as the days are passing the people involved in scams are given due time to manage things. Aspirants further warned the Inquiry committee and JK Administration that if anyhow they will try to divert, delay or dismiss the inquiry aspirants will be forced for the mass agitation. They demanded that a formal FIR should be registered in this matter and the case should be handed over to the CBI so that all those including alleged government officials involved in this scam should be put behind bar.
