Man arrested for stabbing mother-in-law in Srinagar | | | Early Times Report SRINAGAR, June 20: Jammu and Kashmir police on Monday arrested a man who allegedly stabbed his mother-in-law and injured her critically in Srinagar. Police said the accused Jasir Ahmad Gada of Batmaloo was arrested for allegedly stabbing his mother-in-law and injuring her grievously at Rambagh area of Srinagar. The injured woman has been shifted to Shri Maharaja Hari Singh (SMHS) hospital where her condition is stated to be critical. "A case under sections of attempt to murder is registered against the accused in Sadar Police station", police said “Accused namely Jasir Ahmad Gada of Batmaloo arrested for stabbing his mother-in-law in Ram Bagh area. Case registered under sections of attempt to murder in Sadar Police station. Victim lady is grievously injured and is battling for life in SMHS Hospital”, J&K police said in a tweet. |
