KALAKOTE, June 23: Members of District Development Council of Kalakote, Dhangri and Mougla raised serious concern over the damages caused due to flash flood in the Pir Panjal area due to incessant monsoon rains, urging the administration to undertake immediate restoration of infrastructure.
In a joint statement issued here today, DDC Dhangri, Th Rameshwar Singh, DDC Kalakote, Anita Thakur and DDC Moughla, Shamim Akhter said the recent rains have hugely damaged the standing crops as well as the livestock of tribal and nomad gujjar due to which they have suffered immense loss and damages.
