Srinagar, Aug 26: A day after three infiltrators were killed in Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir, the army said the suspected Pakistanis were well prepared for infiltration and their built showed they had undergone military training. Col Raghavendra, whose unit carried out the counter infiltration operation at Kamalkote in Uri said a search operation was still on. The General officer Commanding of Baramulla based 19 Infantry Division, Major General Ajay Chandpuri, said the slain terrorists were not in possession of any documents. “It is our assessment that before pushing these terrorists for infiltration, their IDs were taken away from them. So, we are not aware of the exact identities of these people,” he said. |
