Pak cigarettes, Jinnah currency establish neighboring country’s role in Jammu infiltration bid
8/26/2022 11:16:39 PM
Early Times Report

Jammu, Aug 26: Even as the neighboring country is unwilling to give up its terror designs on Jammu and Kashmir, in the latest the Pakistan role has been yet again established in sponsoring terror into the Indian soil.
The Indian Army has seized a cache of Pakistani brand cigarettes and Pakistani currency along with the arms and ammunition from the body of the foreign terrorist who was killed near the International Border in Rajouri district on August 22.
The evidence is to be used as a part of “dossier against the enemy country.”
The terrorist had got killed when he stepped onto a live mine planted on the border.
The Army got to know about the incident from the hi-tech camera footage of the mine blast that was monitored at the control room.
The video shows the foreign terrorist stepping onto mine as he gets exploded.
As the alert Army jawans rushed to the spot, they found the body of the terrorist and his riffle lying in pieces.
“But what is interesting is that the currency he had brought along and the Pakistani cigarette box were intact and this is a big proof against the enemy country,” said a senior official in the know of the matter.
He said that the evidence would be used to expose how Pakistan sponsors terror into India before the international community.
The mine explosion took place after a Pakistanin Fidayeen was caught alive in the same Rajauri district when he managed to sneak into the Indian territory.
The Paksitani terrorist was overpowered by the Indian Army after he got wounded in the exchange of fire with the security forces.
It’s pertinent to mention that Pakistan has intensified its infiltration bids from the Jammu region since the abrogation of the so called special status of Jammu and Kashmir.
The alert security forces, however, have been foiling the nefarious designs of the enemy country.
“This recovery of Pakistani brand items from the terrorist will help in a long way as the role of the enemy stands established beyond reasonable doubt,” said an official on the condition of anonymity.
