| SOS International extends active support to Jammu Bandh on Aug 29 | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 26: S. O. S. International-an Organization for PoJK Displaced Persons, has extended support to the Bar Association’s call for Jammu Bandh on August 29.
Chairman of the S. O. S. International, Rajiv Chuni said that the PoJK Displaced Persons in general and S. O. S. International in particular extend their active support to the Bar Association Jammu, which has given a call for Jammu Bandh on August 29 in protest against non-serious attitude of the Government towards their genuine demands.
In a statement, Mr. Chuni said that the Bar Association Jammu and its members were not demanding sky but only housing all the judicial work - Registration Work, Commissions, CAT, DRT, AFT and other Tribunals within the court premises at Janipur.
He said that the other Bar Associations were also facing the same problems and they are also affected by the same issue of scattered Judicial Courts.
Rajiv Chuni also appealed the Lt Governor Manoj Sinha to look into the genuine demand and issue necessary instructions for construction of a multi-storied building at the court complex Janipur for housing all the judicial works. |
