VK, Kanyakumari Constitutes Nagdandi Committee

Jammu, Nov 5: Vivekananda Rock Memorial & Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari Management constituted “Administrative Committee” to manage & develope its “Project Unit In Kashmir”, Shree Ramakrishna Mahasammelan Ashram, Nagdandi.
The three year broad based committee shall be headed by Shri Brij Lal Bhat as it’s Chairman (Prakalpa Pramukh), Surinder Dhar Vivestha Pramukh, Satish Kumar Bhat Finance Head & S Deepak Goja Prashikshan Pramukh besides other experienced senior members Like Roshan Lal Teing, Chanchal Dhar, Sanjay Pandita, Inder Krishen Raina, Kanwal Krishen Koul, Ashok Kumar Sathu, Yuwa representatives Surrender Kumar Pandita, Sameer Ji Bhat, Samir Tickku, Rakesh Fotehdar & Rohit Raina.
The first meeting of the newly constituted committee was held under chairmanship of B.L. Bhat, Prakalpa Pramukh, VK- Nagdandi in Martand Surya Bhawan, Jammu.
The meeting started with three Omkars & Sahna Bhavatu Mantra. Under performance review, the annual calendar of operations, physical and financial status of Nagdandi Ashram was discussed. Smt Chanchal Dhar & Shri Surinder Dhar gave account of the works executed upto October last, financial status of Ashram and immediate actions warranted under time bound issues especially due to approaching winter.
The participants while thanking Shri Satish Kumar Bhat, Financial Management Head in getting the accounts for 2021-22 audited suggested for periodical internal audits on quarterly bases for transparency & guard against mal practice. Shri B.L. Bhat impressed upon members to gear up for donation collection drive keeping the target around Rs 20.00 lacs under awareness & mass contact program. He advised all members to be within Ashram physically in a rotational process as no significant improvements are otherwise possible through remote control sitting in Jammu or other outside places. Shri Roshan Lal Teing, Senior Karykarta & Member in Administrative Committee advised youth to be more vibrant & responsive as the strength of the Community vests on their aptitude, approach & positivity in their inputs. The meeting ended with Sarva Kalyan Mantra.
