Akhnoor, Nov 12: A National Lok Adalat was organized on 12-11-2022 in the premises ot Munsiff Court, Akhnoor under the chairmanship of Chairperson Tehsil Legal Services Committee, Akhnoor Mrs. Himani Parihar.
A total number of 65 criminal cases were taken up and 9were disposed of and a fine of Rs 38250 = was realised on the spot. A total number of 24 civil cases were taken up and 14 was disposed of.
A total number of 103 traffic challan were taken up and disposed of and fine of Rs. 29050 was realised on spot. A total of prelitigation matters were taken up andd was disposed of. Besides Litigants. Bar Association Committee Members, Senior Prosecuting Officer and Para Legal Volunteers were also present in Lok Adalat. |
