Early Times Report
JAMMU, Nov 17: Scores of office bearers & workers headed by Mohd Ashraf & Vishal Manhas of Association for "Restoration of old Pension Scheme" supported Aam Aadmi Party at its Party office Gandhi Nagar Jammu in presence of Sr. AAP leaders namely, Major General Retired Rajinder Singh Jamwal, Farooq Ahmed Banday, Satish Sharma, Ram Singh Chauhan, Kuldeep Kumar Rao, Sarpanch Ravinder Singh & Amit Langer.
While assuring the office bearers & workers of Association for Restoration of old Pension Scheme of bringing the matter once again to the notice of National Convener Arvind Kejriwal for compassionate remedial step as soon as Party is voted to power on Punjab pattern, the Sr.AAP leaders further said that all working class, daily wagers, contractual & labourers have high hopes with the Policies & Programs of AAP because they have proved in Delhi as also Punjab by actually doing what they say as thousands of Daily wagers & contractual class employees have been regularized within shortest period from the date of coming into Power.
Sr. Party leaders while referring to Gujrat elections expressed great surprise & shock as the AAP candidate from SURAT-East Assembly Constituency was first abducted and hours later were forced to withdraw under threat making mockery & murder of democracy. They demanded cancellation of nominations of said constituency in Gujrat and urged upon Election Commission of India to take cognizance of the case immediately to save the democratic institution from going to the hands of exploiters & musclemen to restore the faith of common man in the system. The AAP leaders further said that people of Gujrat are completely fed up with the 27 years of misrule, corruption & lawlessness of ruling dispensation & have decided for a change which has baffled them. Those who were present in the meeting including Mohd Ashraf, President National Movement for Restoration of old Pension Scheme & its Secretary Vishal Manhas along with their office bearers.
