| 3 booked for black marketing, two trucks seized | | |  Early Times Report
Kishtwar, Jan 1 : Police Station Kishtwar received an information through reliable sources that selling/stocking of illegal diesel at Bus stand area of Kishtwar.
On this information a special teams of PS Kishtwar led by Insp Zaheer Iqbal along with his team under supervision of Dy. SP Hqrs Kishtwar Ashish Gupta rounded up the areas and it was found that 02 mixer trucks of Patel company were illegally selling the diesel to a shopkeeper at bus stand. In the meantime raid was carried out and recovered 170 ltr of illegal diesel whick was kept in barrels, seized the mixer trucks of Patel company and arrest was made on the spot. The arrested persons have been identified as 1)Sameer Kumar (driver of mixer) S/o Prithviraj R/o Bidda Padyarna 2)Lohar Singh (driver of Mixer) S/o Om Lal R/o Nagseni & 3) Tanzim Ul Rehman (Shopkeeper) S/o Imran Ahmed R/o Bagwan Mohalla Kishtwar.
In this regard case FIR 01/2023 under relevant sections of law has been registered at PS Kishtwar and investigation taken up. |
