Grass root level put in sincere efforts for party’s win during elections: Randhawa

JAMMU, Feb 16: The workers of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) are useful to provide an enlightened and progressive society.
This was stated by Former Legislator and senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Vikram Randhawa during Booth level meetings in Laander, Katti, Thandi, Sadhota, Ghaleoth, Trimble, Dhanota, Kultyar, Summan, Laali and Kalsoh villages of Pancheri and Moungri Mandals of Udhampur West Assembly Segment.
Randhawa is on two day visit to the villages of Pancheri and Moungri Mandals to redress the issues of the party workers and assuring them that BJP always stands with them in any situation.
Rajinder Sharma and Ganesh Singh Mandal Presidents, Kulwant Raj, Dalbir Singh, Surinder Singh, Kuldeep Singh, Pawan Kumar and Kailash Dutt, Sarpanchs, Bimla Devi, Nishu Devi and Ramesh Kumar, Panchs also attended the meeting.
“I had seen the grass root level workers putting in their sincere efforts for the party’s win during elections and the same spirit should be continued by them in the forthcoming elections in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir”, Randhawa added.
On the occasion, various party workers put forth the issues of the people interest including dilapidated condition of the roads, constructed or under construction under PMGSY.
The people asked the PMGSY authorities to pull up the concerned contractors otherwise they will launch a crusade against them.
The visiting leader assured the party workers of redressing their issues in a phased manner. “Roads are being supposed as a lifeline and huge funds are being allocated by the Prime Minister led Central Government”, Randhawa said and appealed to the PMGSY authorities to use standard material for the construction of the roads.
He added that the workers, who are the backbone of BJP, have to speed up the public relations and should play their part to raise the awareness among the people about the party’s policies.
Randhawa said that workers were the backbone of the Party saying that politically and consciously equipped activists could create public awareness and social change.
“BJP keeps the workers happy by redressing their issues timely”, he said, adding that it is the duty of the workers also to keep the party alive by their efforts. He also asked the party workers to promote the policies and schemes being launched the Prime Minister Narendra Modi led Government, adding that the schemes have been launched for the welfare of the people and party workers too.
He also asked the party workers to keep close contact with the people of their areas by projecting their issues at the appropriate platform.
“Masses should be kept aware about the policies of the BJP so that at the time of elections, they become the frontrunner in the elections”, the Former Legislator said.
